Whole Self Fitness

The concept of whole self fitness is to address what should be done on a regular basis - at least every other day and preferably every day - that is important to both body and mind. Knowing that people are different, and not everyone wants to be a "gym rat," spending hours every week to stay fit; we have put together what we feel is the minimum fitness routine that most people should be able to perform regularly to keep your body toned and your mind healthy. 

As a Fitness Trainer, Mason Pierce Brown,

@trainingm8, has established a standard set of exercises that can be completed in 15 - 20 minutes. None of these exercises are considered difficult and can be performed by both men and women. Some strength exercises can be modified for women if they feel it's necessary. These are beginner level exercises but can make a real difference in your life if done regularly.

The popularity of Yoga and Martial Arts worldwide should be enough for anyone to take notice of just how important flexibility and breathing are to exercise. This is easily accomplished through stretching and posing positions, and need only take 10 - 15 minutes on a regular basis. Add to that the focus and stillness of mind for a short period of time, and you will be able to cope with any challenge life has in store for you. For this part of your whole self fitness, The Artisan Victor will explain vital energy and share the basics to help keep your spine aligned, increase your flexibility, and help you focus your thoughts.
