Welcome to the Truth
This site is dedicated to presenting knowledge of substance and sharing Universal truth with all the people of the world. We are at a place in the 21st century where human beings are evolving - learning the truth about who we are and where we come from. It's now time for the youth of this planet and everyday people to learn how to use this knowledge to create a happy, healthy, and successful life for their family and others. This can only happen when we all begin to
speak the truth!

The TRUTH ICON is a symbol in recognition that truth matters. Those that wear it, or display it in one form or another, are saying to the world
I SPEAK THE TRUTH
It's quite simple. You can learn about it here from our blog "A Moment of Truth" until the book is published - then share it with family, friends, and all who will listen.

21st Century Minds Making A Difference
Zach Penprase - Athlete
ConnectedPerformance.life was created by Zach Penprase, an athlete and someone who understands becoming better through the power of mind. He knows, like any sport, it takes desire, action, and practice to train mind and body to perform your best. His website will give you an idea of the mindset he's learned, and the tools he uses to prepare and train for life's challenges.
After retiring from professional baseball in 2015, Zach went on a personal journey to find out what's next in life for him. He eventually became an Extreme Focus coach and went on to create the Men's Excellence Program - including his website. Now, at age 36, Zach is heading to the Olympics in Japan. Playing for team Israel, one of only six teams competing, he has a 50% chance of winning a metal. When that's over, he returns to the U.S. and will play pro ball again for the NY Boulders...wow! Practice training mind and body. Learn and Live Well
